    (1) First Mistake: Never seek buyer first- Supply always comes first. When you have supply then you have the authority to resell-There are many buyers for such products as Crude Oil- You Have a buyer, alas there are plenty of buyers. Supply is the premier application and must be sourced first - and is the most difficult part of the whole process-Wanted goods are always difficult to source- (2) 2nd Mistake : There are millions of Intermediaries on the net that have no idea of what they are dong- They are wasting their time, they are wasting the suppliers time and 99.9% have not bothered to educate themselves on what procedures an intermediary should apply- Many intermediaries have simply followed the incorrect procedures of other intermediaries (LOI/BCL/POP/ASWP/NCND/ICPO) Ostensibly no such intermediaries ever close a deal-or earn commissions. YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL INTERMEDIARY YOUR POSITION AS AN INTERMEDIARY IS THAT OF A BUYER AND SELLER- YOU BUY GOODS FROM A SUPPLIER FOR RESELLING TO YOUR END BUYER USING THE END BUYERS FUNDS, THEREFORE WHEN YOU CONTACT SUPPLIERS YOU IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A BUYER- BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW PROCEDURES WHAT IS THE POINT.
